Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not refund or exchange sale items unless faulty. If you are unsure about sizing or we do not have measurements displayed just drop us an email and we can measure up for you.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, with tags attached.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Unless item is faulty you will be responsible for the return delivery cost.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, (apart from being tried on) used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

We do not charge a re-stocking fee but we do not refund the original shipping that you paid on the order unless the item is faulty or misrepresented.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, with tags attached, you may exchange your item for a different size or colour where available. You will have to pay return shipping unless your item is faulty.

All materials are listed on the product description.

We use Australia Post Standard and Express for both domestic and international shipping.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
